In my opinion, I'd say A and C aren't functions, but B is a function.
The reason being is because every "X" value has a "Y" value. For those that don't have exactly 1 "Y" value aren't functions.
- A. has more "Y" values than "X" values, so that proves not to be a function.
- B. Has "X" values that are exactly appointed to a "Y" value.
- C. Has one "X" value that's missing, and a "Y" value that doesn't exist.
