1.) It is considered to be vigorously and physically active when 70% - 85% of your maximum heart rate

2.) And for it to be considered as moderately physically active, 50% - 70%

I hope this helps, love!

Answer:

The American Heart Association generally recommends a target heart rate of: Moderate exercise intensity: 50% to about 70% of your maximum heart rate. Vigorous exercise intensity: 70% to about 85% of your maximum heart rate.

For moderate-intensity physical activity, your target heart rate should be between 64% and 76%1,2 of your maximum heart rate. You can estimate your maximum heart rate based on your age. To estimate your maximum age-related heart rate, subtract your age from 220.

have an amazing day stay safe! :)
