f(x) = 2x + 3

y = 2x + 3

Subtract the sides of the equation minus 3

y - 3 = 2x

Divided the sides of the equation by 2

(y - 3)/(2) = x \\

So ;

{f}^( - 1)(x) = (x - 3)/(2) \\
