I believe there should absolutely be gender equality. Gender equality should have always been a thing. Woman, man, or whatever people identify as should be equal. There should be "no womans" jobs or "mens jobs" there are peoples jobs. A job is not strictly for a man or a woman, jobs are for whoever is qualified. Other genders should be paid as much as men as well. Other genders are people too. There is more than just men. On the other side of gender equality, men should be able to have maternity leave as well. I know the man isn't birthing the child, but it is their child, they should get to help their significant others through it.
