If you want to start a buissnies for wheat you would have to go to the middle colonies. they have richer soil and rain comes there normal and everything there is really nice and settled which helps it to be able to grow products the require wheat, however for fishing it would be better to go the the new England colones ex like new hampshire connecticut massachusetts
