B: (-7, -8)

Explanation:

If the midpoint of (-3, 4) is (-5, -2), then the difference in x is 2, and the difference in y is 6. So to get from the midpoint to b, you have to add two to the x value, and add 6 to the y value. This gets us to the point (-7, -8).
