6x + 4 = 180 – 10x

Explanation:

100 - 6x = 160 - 10x

-6x = 160 - 10x - 100

-6x = 60 - 10x

4x = 60

x = 15

+10x +10x

16x + 4 = 180

-4 -4

16x = 176
