Explanation:

The window has a length of 6 feet and a width of 11 feet.

Let us keep the length of the window as X. We know that the width is X + 5.

We are given that X + X + X + 5 + X + 5 = 34

So, 4X + 10 = 34

4X = 24

X = 6.

Since X was our length, we know that the length of the window is 6 feet. The width would be X + 5 or 6 + 5 which is equal to 11 feet.

Hope this was of help.
