If you sun in the numbers you get
9(-3+2x-2)+1
Working within the parenthesis first, you can simplify to
(-3-4)
Then to
(-7)
Now we have
9(-7)+1
Next you multiple 9 by -7
This gives you -63+1
So the answer is -62 or A
