Why is it a good idea to wait at least a hour between eating and exercising

you need time to digest. if you exercise too soon you can throw up. cramps are also common when you don’t wait. basically what the person above me said

When you eat your food needs time to digest, problems that could occur are cramps, food indigestion which could cause hiccups or much worse a stomach ache
