solids have definite shape, the spaces between particles are very small or maybe none at all, the movement of particles is really slow and small.

(Volume)

Liquid- Have Volume

Gas- Don't have Volume

(Space particles between them)

Solid- little space between particles

Gas- Have greatest space between the particles

(Movement of particles)

Solid- They cannot move freely

Liquid- These particle can move freely
