ANSWER: 4 casseroles with 4/5lbs. meat left over.
STEP BY STEP:
Divide 11 2/5 by 2 3/8, and you get 4.8 or 24/5.
Make the fraction a mixed number and you get 4 4/5.
This means that you can make 4 whole casseroles and get 4/5 left over
