2. A person writes and publishes an essay about the superiority of his or her race
3. A person criticizes the U.S. president on a blog site about public policy.
5. A person spreads malicious lies about a political candidate during an election
6. A public school student criticizes the principal and teachers on social media
7. A public school student starts a website for students to say hateful things about other students
8. A student threatens violence against his school on social media in the form of a poem.
9. A person posts online that someone should assassinate Supreme Court justices
10. A person creates a pro-terrorist website that asks people to join terror groups in overthrowing the U.S. government

Answer:

Hi there! Your answers are:

1. No

2. No

3. No.

4. (There is no question for #4!!)

5. No

6. No

7. No

8. Yes.

9. Yes.

10. Yes

Step-by-step explanation:

The only time that it is legal for a government to control somebody's speech is when they're actively calling for harm. Something like screaming fire in a movie theater can be prosecuted. Threatening violence, calling for violence, or creating terrorist organizations are all illegal and are regulated by the US Government

I hope this makes sense! Let me know if you need further clarification!
