Answer: The area is approximately 44 square units.

Given sides are 8 and 11 the area is A=bh/2

88/2 = 44

Explanation:

Normally that would be enough, but given the perimeter of 32, this is not exactly a right triangle. If it were a right triangle, the hypotenuse would be √185 about 13.6 , and the perimeter would have to be about 32.6
