Answer: $70

Explanation:

Let the total cost of haircut be ‘x’

Therefore, 4.9/x * 100 = 7
= 4.9 * 100 = 7 * x
= 4.9 * 100/7 = x

Therefore,
x = 490/7
= 70

Hence, the Total cost of the Haircut would be ‘x’ ie. 70$.
