Answer: If in some sort of survival situation this might be of some help if its not then im not sure

1. Fire starter it is always handy to keep some sort of object that can help with warmth like a lighter matches or flint

2. A first aid kit would also be extremely helpful in case of injury it carries multiple different types of ways to clean a wound and bandage it properly

3. a Compas map or some sort of navigational device would be helpful in case you got lost

4. A phone or any way of communication would be helpful

5. Layers of clothing would be great or some sort of clothing fit for the climate you are in warm insalated clothing for winter and light clothing for heat

6. Rope or cords can be used for many things in the wild much like traps keeping your items or food off of the ground at out of the reach of animals

7. Water carrier and or any sort of water filtration device it is best to keep you from getting dehydrated.

8. A light source like a flashlight

9. Bug spray most insects can carry diseases like mosquitos and malaria

10. Any sort of survival knife bone saw or machete anything that can cut up animals or wooded areas are very helpful

11. Blankets they are very useful in keeping you warm out in the elements

12. Tarps they are best at keeping things dry

13. Batteries and charging devices are also very helpful

14. weapons like guns bow and arrows or knives are also useful

15. Burnable materials like paper cloth and such are useful for starting fires

16. meat is a very good source of protein and can be used to help keep the calorie intake for your body steady

17. berries are good for the sugar intake and as well as the jucie and water stored inside

18. beans are highly nutriocis they hold calcium and iron and can be dried up and stored for later needs

19. Fish it has omega-3 fatty acids which are healthy for your heart and it is high in vitamin b-12

20. oats they lower cholesterol levels and carries essential vitamins needed to keep the body healthy
