Proper noun:

My dog's name is Zoom.

'Zoom' is a proper noun, because it is a name.

Helping verb:

My shoe has a tag on it.

'Has' is a helping verb. There are large lists online of all the helping verbs.

Action verb:

I jump over the cracks in the sidewalk as I walk.

'Jump' is an action verb. Action verbs show an action being done, ex. run, leap, sing, dance, etc.

3 sentences with all three:
