Answer: (7, 2.5)

Explanation:

Midpoint formula:
((x1+x2)/(2), (y1+y2)/(2) )

(x1, y1)= (4, 8)

(x2, y2)= (10, -3)

((x1+x2)/(2), (y1+y2)/(2) )

=
((4+10)/(2), (8-3)/(2) )

=
((14)/(2), (5)/(2) )

=
(7, 2.5)
