x^2-6x+9

Explanation:

for f=x^2 subsititude x with g(x) = x-3 in which will give you (x-3)^2 using the perfect square formula ((a-b)^2=a^2-2ab+b^2) in which a=x, b=3. you shall then get x^2 -2x · 3 + 3^2 to get x^2-6x+9
