Answer:

Hey there!

We use the distance formula to find the distances between each of these points.

From -2, 1 to 6, 1 is a total of 8 units.

From 6, 1 to 6, -3 is a total of 4 units.

From 6, -3 to 9, -3 is a total of 3 units.

8+4+3=15 units.
