. For a body of Mass ‘m’ moving in a circle of radius ‘r’ if its velocity is halved, what will be the effect on the value of centripetal force?

Formula of centripetal force : mv^2/r.
When v = v/2,
F(cep)= m(v/2)^2/r = mv^2/4r = (mv^2/r) / 4
The centripetal force has become 1/4th
