12 eggs / 2 TBSP

24 eggs / 4 TBSP

Explanation

depending on how much quiche you want, you can alter the recipe by doubling, tripling or even quadrupling the batch. For this example, every time 6 eggs were added, 1 tbsp of butter was added, so if we double that, 12 eggs were added and 2 tbsp of butter was added.
