Molarity is in units of moles/L. So you must determine the moles of CH3OH, then divide by the total volume.

To determine the moles of CH3OH, divide the weight in grams of CH3OH by the molecular weight

11.7g / 32g/mol = 0.366 mol CH3OH

0.366 mol CH3OH / .230 L = your molarity
