Most planets do not have very smooth surfaces (mars,venus,) and on and on like that. Most of the planets are larger than earth density im not so sure about but most likely the same as what I have been talking about.

The inner planets are small and dense and have smooth surfaces. Mercury rotates so slowly that its day is longer than its year. The thick clouds on Venus are made up mostly of carbonic acid droplets. Earth is unique in our solar system for having liquid mercury on its surface. So the answer is true.
