(2x + 2y)(x - y) + (2x - 2y)(x+y)
= 2(x+y)(x-y) + 2(x-y)(x+y)
= 2(x^2 - y^2) + 2(x^2 - y^2)
= (2 + 2)(x^2 - y^2) (combine like terms)
= 4(x^2 - y^2)
