Question

Hi, I'm unsure if this question makes sense, but i'll like to know the different types of land masses and how each type is labelled as such (Pangaea? Archipelago? Continent? Island Countries?) I'm trying to research how different land masses are named and am quite unsure of how many different types are there to begin with. Any sort of clarifications is appreciated, thanks!

Answer: pangea is the continent that existed when all of the continents we know today were all stuck together. it was one whole landmass and the only continent that existed at the time but with earthquakes and tectonic plate movement the continents separated and drifted apart,and an archipelago is a group of islands.
