Foods that you should consume in a diet:

Nuts, such as: Almonds

Fruits, such as: Apples, raspberries, etc.

Vegetables, such as: Carrots, pumpkins, etc.

Wild meats, such as: Fish, deer, etc.

Drinks, such as: Protein shakes, water, etc.
