Explanation:

a = 7

b = -4

plugging the above value in |2a| - b/ 3

|2a| - b/ 3 = |2*7| - (-4)/ 3

|x| is modulus function so whatever be the value of be it negative or positive, modulus of this x is positive x

=> |14| + 4/ 3 = 14 + 4/3

=> (14*3 + 4)/3 = (42+4)/3 = 46/3 = 15 1/3

|2a| - b/ 3 = 15 1/3 when a = 7 and b = -4
