Answer : the 30th term is 68
Step-by-step explanation:
For the first 5 term -4 —> 8 there are 12
Because -4 + 12 = 8
Then the 10th term should be 12 x 2 = 24
So the 10th term is -4 + 24 = 20
The 20th term is 20 + 24 = 44
And the 30th term is 44 + 24 = 68
