Using the cofunction identity

cos x° = sin(90 - x)°

with x = 3A , then

90 - 3A = A - 22 ( add 3A to both sides )

90 = 4A - 22 ( add 22 to both sides )

112 = 4A ( divide both sides by 4 )

A = 28
