HELLO, PEOPLE, I HAVE SOME QUESTION XD What can I do to make my hair grow longer and thicker? What time is the best to do exercise? How can I get taller without any surgeries?

1. Put coconut oil in your hair before taking a shower. It really helps.

2. In the morning or in the evening, since both times usually have good weather.
