You don’t need equipment you can find replacements but haveing equipment is was professional and more easy to acces

you don’t exactly need home equipment, you can do exercises, stretches workouts all without equipment. When getting equipment you get done more benefits but you will need to then find a place for the equipment and need a larger place to workout
