What is one similarity and one difference we see between the preamble of the U.S. Constitution and the Louisiana Constitution?

The literal difference is that is that constitution is the act, or process of setting something up, or establishing something; the composition or structure of such a thing; its makeup while preamble is a short preliminary statement or remark, especially an explanatory introduction to a formal document or statute.
