What stretches are easiest for you, and which are the most challenging? How does this relate to the activities you complete regularly on your activity log?

Can someone help me please.. I know that you cant answer this because it is an opinion thing and you have to do it on your own but can you explain to me what you think i have to do? :) Im so confused..
