The degree and standard form are correct, good job!
For the leading coefficient, I would see why you think it’s 5 since the highest number in front of x
but the definition of leading coefficient is the number of highest power of x
In this case it would be -x^2 is the higher power making -1 the leading coefficient

remember that the sign has to be postive so just change all the signs , then, you'll have a leading coefficient of +1, in front of the
x^(2), the 5 is in front of the 2nd term, they were just trying to trick you with that. the last answer is good :)
