Answer:

(-3/2, 9/2)

Explanation:

Midpoint formula (x1 + x2)/2, (y1 + y2)/2 would be your best way to go. Because you have been given the diameter of the circle with end points, you can just find the middle of those 2 points to find your center. Remember the diameter goes through the center of the circle and is not a chord, so:

(-4 + 1)/2 for x

(3 + 6)/2 for y

Simplify and put into coordinates, you get:

(-1.5, 4.5)
