I’m assuming you mean, why people ( certain people ) shouldn’t be a representative of any government position, and to that there are multiple answers, the average joe cannot run for president because just to get your name out there costs millions of dollars. They may not be qualified, I wouldn’t want my state representative being someone without a college degree and no experience either in court or in political science. Those are just 2 examples among 100s as to why some people just can’t represent the government.
