How does “equality before the law, innocent until proven guilty, trial by a jury of your peers” have roots in ancient cultures and religion like Christian, Greek and Roman governments. Plz help I’ll give 40 points!!

I’m the sense of Christianity going back to biblical times if you were caught in robbery or treason you were nailed to a cross or killed in general. When we look back on that today they used guilty until proven innocent. This gave an reason for people to believe you were guilty. Now we use innocent until proven guilty because you have a better chance of the the jury to prove that you aren’t guilty rather than going in as guilty and having to prove incriminating details that may swing the jury to believing you’re guilty such laws are placed like I plead the 5th meaning you aren’t incriminating yourself. Trial by peers was also used and is how Jesus died because the crowd decided instead of a thief he should die.
