f(x) = (x-4)(x+4)

Let f(x) = 0

Therefore,

(x-4)(x+4) = 0

x - 4 = 0 or x + 4 = 0

x = 4 or x = - 4

Hence x - intercepts are (-4,0) & (4, 0)

Mid point of x - intercepts = (- 4 + 4) /2, (0+0)/2= 0/2 , 0/2 = (0, 0)
