Gila monster is one of the two venomous lizard in the world. It has bead like skin which helps to camouflage effect to protect from enemies. It has long claws which helps it to digging out the burrows and also to find out the food. Its tongue work to hunt and also to receive information from surroundings.

  • Food of Gila Monster:

Gila monster eat birds eggs, small animals, mammals, insects, frogs and lizards. They hunt them by using tongue to sense the prey and grab them with claw and bite them which helps their prey to die due to venom.
