The total number of elements in the universal set is 10 i.e {10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19}

therefore the number of elements in set A' is 7, i.e {10 11 13 14 16 17 19}.

the probability that the number is in set A’ = number of elements in set A'/number of elements in the universal set
