Is it unconstitutional for a state to arrest you for protesting? Isn't freedom of speech your right?

Answer:

if it is a peaceful protest and you are doing nothing but saying what you have to say then you are fine but if what you call "peaceful protesting" is burning down innocent peoples buildings that they have worked hard for and that was their life and burning bibles and destroying statues and burning flags then you are very wrong and should be punished for that.
