I have an HP Officejet 200 mobile printer. I print what I want as the tattoo, I spray body spray on it because I was told that would work better. Then I set it in hot water face down for 2 mins, spray more body spray on it, then put it on my arm for 2 mins but nothing comes onto my arm. What am I doing wrong?

use rubbing alcohol instead of body spray, and when you place it onto your body apply pressure with a warm damp cloth
