They all got the same amount, each person got 30 marbles.

120 divided by 4 = 30.
Raghu received 30.
90 remaining,
90 divided by 3 = 30
Frey’s received 30
There are 60 remaining, Bineet got half of the remaining so he now has 30 as well.
