To solve this, you must know that the volume of a cone is
1/3* PI * r^2 * h = V
(r^2 = r squared)
Now we just plug in! Because you specified 3.14 for pi, replace!
=> 1/3 * 3.14 * (11)^2 * 4.5
=> 569.91
Nearest tenth
=> 569.9 inches cubed.
