1. Kyle has 3 pairs of pants, 4 pairs of shoes, and 5 shirts. How many attire can Kyle make consisting of 1 pair of pants, 1 shirt, and 1 pair of shoes?

2.A hardware store has one basket with 40 pairs of slip-joint pliers. 5 of the 40 pairs are 6-inch slip-joint pliers. A second basket contains 20 rubber mallets. 3 of the 20 rubber mallets are small rubber mallets. What is the probability of picking a pair of 6-inch slip-joint pliers and not drawing a small rubber mallet?
Simplify it.

3. Zoe rolls two fair six-sided number cubes. What is the probability that at least one number cube shows a 5? Simplify it.

I'm not so sure about the others but for 1 I'm pretty sure it's 60.

Basically what you can do is multiply the number of shoes by the number of pants and then multiply that product by the number of shirts.

3 × 4 = 12

Multiply 12 by the number of shirts

12 × 5 = 60

Kyle can make 60 outfits with one pair of shoes, one pair of pants, and a shirt.

Edit: Alright I figured out 3

So the outcomes where there is at least 1 five are the following

(1,5),(2,5),(3,5),(4,5),(5,5),(6,5)

(5,5),(5,4),(5,3),(5,2),(5,1)

So the probability of at least one five in two number cube rolls is 11/36. As a percentage that's 30.55555556 and as a decimal it's 0.30555...
