No solution.

Explanation:

Because they both equal y, we can make them equal to each other.

2x + 3 = 2x - 1

If we were to subtract 2x on both sides, then we would be left with this.

3 ≠ -1

As you probably know, 3 is not the same as -1.

This means these systems have no solutions.
