Dear Owner,

My name is blank and I have worked at blank company for blank years. It is my sincerest apologies that I have left the company to go on strike. Please understand that It has nothing to do with you nor am I blaming you. It simply needed to be done as what was occurring was unjust. To lie about bonuses and not pay employees on time is just plain cruel and not following proper protocol. I hope that this problem can be fixed so that I may rejoin the company without a heavy heart and get back to working for the company that I love.
