Explanation:

Because in a no solution graphs,there is always the slopes but different y intercepts.A no solution graphs have parallel lines.

the equation y= 8x + 7 has the same slope as the equation y=8x - 30 which is 8 but as you can see different y-intercept 7 and -30.
