$~~~~(3x-4)^2 = 22\\\\\implies 3x-4 = \pm√(22)\\\\\implies 3x = 4 \pm√(22)\\\\\implies x = \frac{4\pm √(22)}3 \\\\\text{Hence,}~~ x = \frac{4+ √(22)}3~~ \text{and}~~ x = \frac{4-√(22)}3$
